Reach out to Jennie Joiner with Robert Half at 541-345-9930 to find out more or apply online today!What you get to do each day;- Oversee all hiring aspects of finance staff, including training and retention- Perform analysis on operating results, comparing against budget- Manage the organizational structure of the department in order to achieve goals and objectives- Comply with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department- Manage the operating procedures of the department, including short- and long-range goals, objectives, and policies- Direct risk and insurance management- Supervise all financial reporting preparation- Direct, review, and prepare financial planning and budget management functions- Manage the composition of financial outlooks and financial forecasts- Prepare financial analysis for product investment decisions and contract negotiations- Review and maintain budgeting and forecasting models- Develop five-year business plans with department managers
