Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Shift Leader)
Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience

Overview: Alabama’s Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is a collection of 468 holes of championship golf on 11 sites across Alabama. The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is managed by Sunbelt Golf Corporation. Sunbelt’s philosophy from the very beginning was to build the finest collection of public golf courses in the world and run them as a successful business investment.
Located in the southeast corner of Alabama, Highland Oaks offers three 9-hole championship courses as well as the 9-hole Short Course. The Highlands/Magnolia combination was named by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" as one of the nation's Great Value courses. This 36-hole complex features some of the longest and most classically designed holes on the Trail.
Skills and Abilities Required:
· Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
· Good oral communication skills.
· Can compute simple math and count change accurately.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening and closing duties of golf shop. Accurately processes nightly deposits and follows all confidentiality, security and cash handling processes to protect employees and assets of SunBelt Golf.
- Cash handling and customer service proficiencies are essential to secondary role as a Retail Sales Associate.
- Proficient in Point of Sale and Tee Time operations and daily revenue reports.
- Reports daily activities back to supervisors.
- Investigates, reports and resolves complaints from patrons.
