An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Financial Analyst to join a rapidly expanding team within the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. This role requires someone who thrives under tight deadlines, enjoys working in a multicultural environment, and is proficient in Excel.
What You'll DoAs a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining existing reporting structures while also building new analyses from scratch. You will leverage IT systems such as SAP and Navision to maximise their capabilities. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be crucial in this role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, gathering data to develop forecasts and budgets with a focus on sales, cost of goods, inventory, and marketing materials. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts and budgets focusing on sales, cost of goods, inventory, and marketing materials.

  • Monitor the progress of monthly orders and sales, analyse inventory and receivables levels.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for management and investors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
What You BringThe ideal Financial Analyst will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles within financial analysis. You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to work with complex data sets and your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be essential. Experience with SAP business by design (BYD) or Navision would be advantageous. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will allow you to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP business by design (BYD) or Navision is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
