What You'll Do

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the AI or technology sector
- Proven track record of successfully scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in AI and technology operations
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
