Care Team Specialist - Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals for our growing company! We are looking for individuals in the Wadsworth, Wooster, and Ashland areas.

Qualifications

-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

-Must be caring and compassionate

-Must be willing to work all shifts as needed

-Must be able to lift and/or slide a heavy amount of weight for short periods of time.

Responsibilities

The Care Team Specialist is responsible for always providing exemplary service to our families. The Care Team is responsible for picking up the deceased at the designated location and bringing them into our care. Safe driving of company vehicles and maintaining a clean environment within that vehicle are required. Our Staff will maintain client confidentiality, provide outstanding service, and communicate effectively.

Job duties

-Utilizing company vehicles to respond to calls from hospitals, nursing homes, houses, etc.

-Speaking with families about funeral arrangements.

-Loading and transporting the decedent to the assigned destination.

-Assisting funeral staff with miscellaneous tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Varies by task and time of day performed.
