The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist, Collections will have proven skills in providing excellent and effective credit and collection services and maintaining trusted relationships with both external and internal customers.

• Primary duties include making outbound collection calls, determining how invoices are to be delivered; ensuring Purchase Orders are correctly entered and reflected on customer invoices to facilitate prompt payment;
• evaluating past-due accounts; adjustments and customer refunds; reconciling customer payments; ensuring tax exempt documentation has been collected;
