Responsibilities And Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
- 3 years of clerical and data entry experience in an accounts receivable or accounts payable transactional capacity at a mid-sized company.
- Solid collections and analytical skills on large and small customers.
- Ability to handle high volumes, difficult situations, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience applying and reconciling cash receipts and receivable information for customer accounts.
- Understanding of basic accounting and impact of cash application entries on customer balances and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent Excel, Outlook, PDF editing, computer data entry, and 10-key proficiency, as well as the ability to quickly gain necessary skills and learn new software programs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter and individual contributor.
- Demonstrated mathematical and accounting aptitude and function.
- High school education or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty of all positions at Roberts Oxygen.
- Experience with FACTS or Billtrust Cash Application a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- If selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
