Financial and Machine Learning experience is a MUST
Duration: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Work Location (Remote, Hybrid or Both): REMOTE : Aligned to Mt-Laurel NJ
Must have :
Machine learning
- Strong requirements elicitation skills and experience with
- Document analysis
- Leading Requirements Workshops / Sessions
- Focus Groups, Surveys & Questionaires
- User Stories & Process Mapping
- Interpersonal skills that are adaptable and transferable to
- Stakeholder engagement (ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders)
- Ability to support, delegate and proxy for the PO in an agile delivery frameworks
- Assertiveness and desire to complete BA artifacts
- Understanding of Requirements Traceability (e.g Rock Crushing)
- Ability to communicate by being able to articulate
- What a BA is and the value they bring to an organization
- How the BA role evolves throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- Verifiable certifications are always a plus (eg CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
- Industry Knowledge
