Part-Time/On-Call Maintenance Tech. Live On Site!
Looking for extra work? We're offering a $2,400 rent concession for a Part-Time/On-Call Maintenance Tech. You would be responsible for completing Resident Maintenance Requests 2-3 days per week during Office Hours (9am-6pm). In addition, you would respond to any possible emergency maintenance calls outside of normal daytime hours.
-Must have prior industry experience
-Ability to work independently
-Provide your own tools for the job
