We are searching for a Creative Director of Social Media who is passionate about pushing boundaries and crafting compelling, innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all social media initiatives are in lockstep with our broader brand goals. - Creative Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation of strategic, brand-aligned creative initiatives based on target audience insights and industry trends. Deepen understanding of the brand's voice to ensure consistency across all social platforms.
- Content Ideation and Creation: Produce original and culturally resonant content across various formats such as videos, graphics, animations, and interactive experiences.
- Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the Marketing Social Media team to manage a comprehensive content calendar, planning strategic distribution to enhance reach and engagement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of creatives, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to foster an innovative and cooperative work environment.
- Campaign Management: Oversee social media initiatives from concept to execution, aligning with brand goals and KPIs, and adjusting strategies based on performance analytics.
- Community Engagement and Management: Develop engagement strategies and maintain communication with the community, influencers, and partners to strengthen relationships and boost brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Work with marketing, creative heads, and finance teams to oversee the social media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal return on investment.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media, using these insights to keep our strategies ahead of the curve and competitively relevant.
- Proven leadership experience in social media or digital content creation, supported by a robust portfolio
