As a Content Designer, your ownership will be paramount in building upon the great design experiences Robinhood is known for. You'll have the opportunity to craft creative, friendly experiences that support our customers.

Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Content Designer to jump into our Internationalization team with a mission to give the best, most trustworthy, and empowering financial tools to customers across the globe.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to affect people's access to US stocks and trading tools and help them reach their financial goals in a very tangible way. You'll be joining a team dedicated to launching new or evolutions of our existing products that appeal to new audiences. This is a place where you could have a huge impact by introducing our paradigm-shifting products outside the US.
This team in particular is focused on extreme collaboration with all parts of our brokerage business, crafting scalable content solutions, and imbuing customer-centricity into every touchpoint—no matter where our customers are.
What You’ll Do Day-to-day
  • Partner with design, product, and research to build delightful user experiences from the ground up and shape the product roadmap
  • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver new and adapted products
  • Engage throughout the product development process to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency
  • Create and advocate for approachable language that best communicates our mission and products externally
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to help define and improve product content at Robinhood and our internationalization process
  • Balance customer experience and business impact with speed and quality
  • Incorporate user research into content decisions for product experiences
  • Ensure high-quality content for our products in terms of simplicity, education, usability, and delightfulness
  • Maintain an international style guide for use by other Content Designers and partners
  • Share your work with other Content Designers and share informed opinions during weekly crits
About You
  • Experience with internationalization is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in UX writing or content design experience
  • Eagerness to shape product direction and vision from ideation to post-launch
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to communicate this efficiently to the team
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and user experience researchers
  • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
