What You’ll Do:

• Direct Mail, Target Marketing, and Member Onboarding:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate direct mail campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
  • Develop and implement target marketing strategies to optimize member acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of direct mail materials.
  • Support member onboarding efforts by developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
  • Create and distribute onboarding materials to new members.
  • Collaborate with the member services team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Market Research and Segmentation:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform market segmentation to target specific member groups and tailor marketing messages.
  • Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and identify trends.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on marketing activities, member engagement, and promotion results.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Promotion Tracking and Results:
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing promotions and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the success of promotional campaigns and report on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose adjustments to future marketing strategies.
• Marketing Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure accurate and up-to-date member information.
  • Segment and target member lists for personalized marketing communications.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
