ROBINSON AVIATION, a local family owned and operated business, is seeking hospitality and aviation-minded applicants for its Customer Service Representative position.
You will have daily interactions with large corporate flight departments, airline operations, and high-profile clients in private aviation.
Applicants must have a positive customer-first attitude, demonstrate superior service, professional demeanor, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and personable friendliness.
This position deals with privileged information, and employees are held to strict confidentiality practices.
Applicants must be available to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and / or holidays as required. A more permanent schedule will be determined after training is completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will serve as the vital connection between our customers and Line Services department, helping coordinate aircraft services, concierge requests, assist with arranging hotel accommodations and rental vehicle requests, and processing customer invoicing.
CSRs are also responsible for maintaining basic lobby cleanliness throughout the day, including restocking consumable items in our commissary area and ensuring the lavatories are clean, stocked and neat multiple times during their shift.
Closing duties include balancing daily sales reports and providing clerical support to the on-duty managers.
Heavy phone, e-mail, interpersonal communication skills and attention to details are a must.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Be at least 18 years of age,
- High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Authorized to work in the USA,
- Valid driver's license in the State of Connecticut with no prior suspensions, and
- Qualify for an airport-issued ID badge, dependent on a TSA fingerprint background check.
Well qualified individuals will have prior hospitality and / or aviation-based experience including knowledge of the phonetic alphabet, aircraft types, and knowledge of FBO operations.
