This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Cleveland, MS. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, analyzing performance, and developing and implementing operational strategies. They will also be responsible for budgeting and ensuring high levels of customer service. Qualifications

  • Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Analytical Skills and ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the electrical contracting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
