ROLE DESCRIPTION:

To strengthen and expand our team we are looking for a Technical Presales to support our business partners.

MAIN ACTIVITIES':

  • You will have to ensure qualified technical support in the study of the most effective HVAC system solutions, developing and verifying technical projects and proposing solutions for sizing and improving them.
  • You will support the sales network (Reps and internal staff) in studying the best plant solutions by providing consultancy, developing and verifying projects with Robur solutions, also carrying out pay-back studies.
  • You will act as reference point for technical-commercial training with Robur solutions for the main market players (i.e. installers, designers and contractors) with activities and events carried on at headquarters, on field and also online.
  • You will be responsible for drafting the technical reports relating to this job role.
  • You will act as a technical consultant for external business partners, proposing Robur solutions for HVAC design projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably with an energy or HVAC curriculum.
  • Essential Skills: Practical knowledge of heating and cooling systems, both civil and industrial, and the ability to read/analyze hydronic, gas, and electrical systems on graphic elaborations and directly on the systems.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in the HVAC sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer tools, including the Office Suite (advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability: Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
