Greet customers, determine service requirements and transfer to repair order. Assist Service Manager in carrying out the department operational functions .You would be taking and scheduling appointments and maintaining a log. Greet customers in a courteous way. Coordinate all aspects of the service repair order from"write up"to completion. Obtain required customer, vehicle information and a detailed assessment of what needs to be done. Provide customer with a ESTIMATED part and labor cost and GET THEIR SIGNATURE!!  Have knowledge of parts to sell additional parts to customer. Monitor repair progress and notify customer of any problems or changes. Be a team player.
