Residential company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The candidate of choice will provide clerical and administrative functions to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and distribute correspondence, faxes and forms
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer inbound telephone call
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks as asigned

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
