With a commitment to providing the highest quality oral health care with sensitivity and compassion, Rochelle Family Dental and Burlington Dental are looking for the right person to join our team as a clinical dental assistant.

Summary:
We are looking for the right candidate to join our dental family. Our dental assistants provide compassionate and professional care, while creating an optimal experience for all our patients and family. We are looking for a clinical assistant that is hardworking, performs high quality assistance, excellent customer service, enjoys working in a cutting-edge office and would like to be part of a family practice.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Dental assisting experience required
Proficiency working with Cerec preferred.
Dentrix Ascend software experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrates EXCELLENT customer service
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to analyze medical records and prescribed protocols to formulate effective therapeutic treatment plans.
- Knowledge and understanding of dental procedures, terminology and techniques.
- Fluency (preferred) with Dentrix Ascend dental software, Microsoft Office, dental insurance policy interpretation and patient check out.
- Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA regulations
