Rochester Management Firm is Hiring a Customer Service Team Member Near Rochester, NY

We are seeking aCustomer Service Team Member who can represent our national client to the highest standard by making customer relations their main priority and creating interpersonal connections with each and every one of our consumers. The effort we put into making sure our clients are satisfied with our services is what helped us form such a strong relationship with multiple nationally recognized companies, and especially our valued partnership as an authorized dealer for Frontier Communications.

The Customer Service Team Member is the main point of direct contact for our customers, so if you find passion in personal interaction, you may be a great fit for the role. We equip our Customer Service Team Members with the knowledge and resources necessary to assist our clients in making their innovations known and achieving their overall sales, outreach, and customer service goals.

Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact between the customer and our company and make sure there is a clear communication line to help identify pain points and potential solutions with Frontier products
  • Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Execute service enrollments and close client transactions efficiently and with a high level of customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and inviting tone to ease the transaction overall and finalize potential sales
  • Exchange feedback with our account managers from a firsthand perspective as a Customer Service Team Member to further improve the company and adjust to different sales and consulting techniques
  • Absorb valuable company information such as product knowledge, consumer trends, and the overall history & goals to fully be able to promote it, thus growing sales revenue while contributing to professional and personal growth in the process

Customer Service Team Member Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, communications, or a similar role
  • Proficient communication and people skills
  • Passion for relationship building in a professional business setting
  • Multi-tasking ability in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations
  • An upbeat attitude that matches and improves the level of other Customer Service Team Members
  • Be reliable in time management to ensure all sales, consumer outreach, and advancement goals are met within the expected time
