Rochester RHIO is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Rochester, NY

Job Title: Executive Admin
Reports To: CEO
Job Type: Temporary, part-time, hourly Location: Rochester, NY area

This role will be on-site three days (preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) for approximately 20 hours per week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Admin who has proven experience in short form writing, editing, and publishing for digital channels like social media. Performs administrative and clerical duties for organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with day-to-day office & employee support activities including schedule coordination, emails, building and, and other activities as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for leadership and employee meetings, including executive calendar management, coordination of meeting dates, conference room, and notification of participants, and taking and submitting draft minutes for Board, Board Committees and Senior Leadership meetings. This may include hybrid meetings, which includes in office support.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for CEO and Senior Leadership based on content and messaging provided.
  • Order and maintain proper inventory of print materials for office.
  • Coordinate and maintain organization’s websites
  • Coordinate with FLPPS on activities with contracted communications agencies.
  • Communicate with parties as needed on behalf of management to help facilitate day to day business matters. Ensures management is informed of deadlines and problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Office
Excellent writing and editing skills

Language Ability:

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) preferred from two-year College or technical school; and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
