Rock Hill Ford is looking for Automotive Buying Specialist. The Automotive Buying Specialist is responsible for locating, evaluating and completing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles for resale from service department, internet inquiries, and marketplace . We are apart of a Large family owned Automotive group called Krause Auto Group which was named one of the top 150 dealerships of 2023.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to evaluate vehicles that we may be interested in purchasing.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries.
• Followup continuously with potential purchases.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
• Present purchase proposals to customers.
• Face to Face customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
• Demonstrate excellent phone, computer, and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientated, motivated and very organized
• Desire and ability to meet goals
• The ability to instantly build rapport with clients
• Will be required to have multiple customer interactions throughout the day
• A highly professional approach and appearance
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid SC driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Bilingual a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule includes Saturdays (40 hours per week). 5 day work week. Store is closed Sundays.
