Firearms Customer Service Specialist Rock Island Auction Company (RIAC), the #1 firearms auction house in the world, is searching for full-time Customer Service Specialist at Rock Island, Illinois! This position supports initiatives to ensure world-class customer experience by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and managing customer service projects to completion! RIAC standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. CST. What does world-class customer service look like?
Support the design, implement, and optimize customer service initiatives to meet compliance requirement, increase efficiency, and / or improve customer experience.
Analyze key metrics, compile and discern appropriate information, and identify opportunities to optimize customer service.
Champion projects by coordinating resources, collaborating cross-functionally, planning, scheduling, and performing administrative functions.
