Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for making a difference? Rock Island County Council on Addictions (RICCA) is actively hiring a Residential Program Manager to join its team in Rock Island, IL.

Since 1960, RICCA has provided substance abuse disorder, prevention, and behavioral health services to the Quad Cities area, surrounding counties, the state of Illinois and beyond. RICCA offers more than just a job; they provide a platform for you to come and make a meaningful difference.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential program
  • Address and resolve staff and client issues
  • Schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Initiate and manage new engagements and projects
  • Review and manage relevant files and documentation

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Previous work experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse fields
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • CADC or willing to obtain required
