Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical laboratory procedures and possess strong data analysis skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to medical research and patient care.
Duties:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care
- Conduct clinical laboratory tests following established protocols
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment
- Assist in clinical trials by collecting and analyzing samples
- Operate PCR machines for genetic testing
- Manage laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Utilize laboratory information management systems for data entry and retrieval
Requirements:
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred
- Proficiency in flow cytometry and CT scans is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting test results accurately
- Knowledge of laboratory management practices and quality control procedures
- Familiarity with conducting clinical trials is advantageous
