AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relationships with clients

- Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Support all team members

- Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Leadership role, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, determined, and confident
- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Travel is required
