Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join our growing team. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Analyze and report on financial performance against key business metrics
• Oversee and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work closely with the CFO 
• Perform other duties as needed to support the finance team and company operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
