Role: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Assist in leading and coordinating initial and ongoing sales drivers, including member events, studio outreach, and promotions.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development for sales staff to maximize performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Trainer to optimize studio utilization and increase workout traffic.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee operational systems and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in staffing requirements, scheduling, and resolving staff issues as needed.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all members.
• Actively participate in studio activities and lead by example.
• Assist in lead acquisition efforts and contribute to overall studio growth.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly workouts to stay connected with members and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and/or fitness management preferred.
• Proven track record of training and leading sales teams to success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
