Role: Fitness Membership Sales Professional

Job Responsibilities:As a Sales Associate at RockBox Fitness, your primary focus will be on engaging prospects and members to help them embark on their fitness journey. Your role is pivotal in representing our studio's values and driving growth. You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting 50 outgoing calls per shift (no cold calls)
• Guiding interested prospects through the sales process
• Gaining a deep understanding of prospects' health and fitness goals
• Exceptional follow-up with prospects and existing members
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Engaging with prospects and members through various communication channels
• Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships
• Collaborating with the team to contribute to the studio's success

Requirements:

• Experience in membership sales with monthly prices over $129
• Fitness sales experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• High level of professionalism and integrity
