A treatment coordinator /insurance coordinator role will consist of the following: Answer phones, Schedule dental appointments, call insurance plans, explaining treatment plan to patients , verifying insurance coverage, follow up calls and open dental claims.

Ideal skillset:
- Knowledge of dental insurance and inputing insurances breakdowns

- Answer phones, schedule appointments

- Discuss and present dental treatment plans

- Call unscheduled treatment plan list and d hygiene recall
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Light work of helping with sterilization of instruments when needed
