Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential 3PL customers and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and establish best practices.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a SaaS or logistics-related field.
- Experience in the 3PL, warehousing, or WMS space is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Competitive Base Salary (75-100k depending on qualification) plus commission.
