Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated, persistent, and results-driven Sales Representative. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape sales processes and standards in a startup environment, providing immense flexibility and growth potential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential 3PL customers and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and establish best practices.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a SaaS or logistics-related field.
  • Experience in the 3PL, warehousing, or WMS space is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Compensation:
  • Competitive Base Salary (75-100k depending on qualification) plus commission.

About Us:RocketFuel Parcel Recharge is a first-of-its-kind SaaS solution specifically designed to address a critical challenge faced by third-party logistics (3PL) providers: cash flow management. Our software redefines the traditional cash flow model for 3PLs with our innovative pre-payment and recharge metering system. Crafted by warehousing experts, our software ensures our 3PL users receive upfront payment for parcel shipments, eliminating substantial capital outlays required to operate, coupled with other value added features.
At the core of our business is the desire to help 3PL's make money. The software's inception dates back to 2023, born out of necessity within the walls of a growing 3PL based in Utah. After validating the concept, we quickly realized its potential to benefit the broader market, thus, RocketFuel Parcel Recharge was born.
As we gear up to launch, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to help build our 3PL accounts and drive our growth.
