• Covenants Committee coordination
• Board Communication
• Resident Issue Escalation
• Review of reports
• Resident memos and communications
• Preparing RFP and RFQ
• Soliciting Bids and meeting with Contractors
• Level setting bids
• Creating bid comparisons for decision makers
• Creating and maintain records of projects
• Creating timetables and project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management
• Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• College degree is preferred
