We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and efficient assistance with their inquiries and concerns. With your excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities, you will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing information and guidance on our products and services. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and escalations.

• Provide outstanding customer support by handling inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
