My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated salesperson to join their team. This individual will be responsible for approaching interior designers, architects, design firms, and retail clients to drive sales and grow market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of furniture products and trends, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Identify and target potential clients including interior designers, architects, design firms, and retail customers.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of different client groups.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and market competition to effectively position the company's products.

Sales and Negotiation:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at key client segments.
• Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the interior design, architecture, and retail sectors preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
