Maintenance Technician III

- Plumbing Experience prefered
- Assist troubleshooting, installation and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or other systems and equipment, willing to assist in the repair of anything on a school campus if the need arises.
- Ability to work alone or with other associates to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with all aspects of maintenance
- Ability to follow oral or written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with maintenance employees, school staff, parents and others
- Requires ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions.
- Must be able to perform under stress and when confronted with emergency situations
- Work under direction of supervisor for any work orders assigned regardless of nature
- Ability to be on call on a 5 week rotaton
- Abilty to be professional and kind even under pressure and in emergencies
