Position Overview
Rockhill is hiring a Property Manager to provide operational oversight of Rockpoint’s DFW Industrial portfolio, which currently includes nine buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The Property Manager will report to senior members of Rockhill’s Boston-based operations team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate team to interpret and implement leases and amendments
• Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
• Coordinate and oversee all tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate internal and external reporting
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee the completion of CAM reconciliations, and ensure smooth recovery process
• Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections as required for specific assets
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of real estate property management (industrial experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
