Description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical, proposal, and management staff to produce compelling business proposals, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative professional with proven communication and task management skills, capable of producing high-quality business graphics and designs under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Develop templates, covers, tabs, format, and graphics for comprehensive engineering proposals, ensuring alignment with company brand standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with proposal coordinators, technical staff, and management to create proposals that fully comply with customer requirements in terms of both content and format. 
  • Utilize company templates and brand standards to produce high-quality, consistent marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Establish and maintain electronic and/or hard copy files, regularly reviewing files for organization and applicability to ensure efficient proposal development processes. 
  • Maintain libraries of project photos, proposal templates, and brand standards to facilitate the production of high-quality, consistent marketing materials. 
  • Provide support for the production, reproduction, binding/packaging, and distribution of proposals and other marketing documents as needed. 
  • Establish and meet all deadlines for timely completion of review process and proposals.
  • Ensure all proposal materials are error-free and formatted correctly before submission.
  • Attend proposal, outlining, and review meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the overall success of the proposal development team and the company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in document formatting, desktop publishing techniques, and producing graphic designs.
  • Demonstrated graphic design, editing, and formatting skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized and self-starting.
  • Keen eye for detail and skills in compliance, style, and consistency throughout documents, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in business proposals or similar preferred (A/E/C projects strongly preferred).
  • Portfolio required.

Work Environment

Office environment, sitting, typing, and drawing at a computer workstation for extended periods. Moderate noise level.
