If you have the skills and dedication we're looking for, welcome aboard! We offer training for carpenters to install our revolutionary 1/4" engineered granite/quartz without demolition. As industry leaders in kitchen and bath remodeling, we specialize in lightweight (3 lbs per sq. ft.) granite and quartz overlay installations over existing counters, alongside cabinet refacing.

Our ideal Finish Carpenter will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Construction, Carpentry, or Home Remodeling.
• Tile or Cabinet experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for granite and solid surface fabrication (e.g., Grinders, Polishers).
• Strong attention to detail with a neat appearance.
• Eagerness to learn new products and techniques.
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
• Initiative to exceed expectations.
• Willingness to travel (multiple US locations).
