**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice.

**Duties:**

- Utilize management software such as Eaglesoft to maintain patient records and appointments efficiently.

- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize clinic resources.

- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.

- Supervise and manage staff, including human resources responsibilities.

- Oversee the general operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in dental office management, preferably in a dental office setting.

- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management.

- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software is preferred.
