**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our easy going team at a reputable dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting and possess knowledge of various dental software systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

- Set up and prepare equipment for dental procedures

- Take and develop dental x-rays (Must be certified To Apply)

- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Working in a dental clinic environment

- Operating 3D scanners for dental impressions

- Proficiency in Dentrix

- Familiarity with Prosthodontics procedures

- Ability to practice aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is huge and positive advantageous

- Understanding of Dental coding principles
