Rockville Interiors is a premiere residential window fashions company. We manage all aspects of our clients’ projects from the in-home consultation through design process and installation. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented candidates to serve clients with in-home consultations on high-end luxury window coverings.

Position Overview:

• Sell branded products for residential projects.
• Receive qualified leads from management, NO COLD CALLING.
• Ability to manage your schedule and be flexible to meet client needs.
• Give in-home and on-site showroom consultations for all clients.
• Close the sale and submit your order for production.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of window coverings is a plus but not required.
• Measuring skills are required for window coverings, however, training will be offered
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to work independently
• Friendly, courteous and pleasant with all types of people
• Prompt, punctual, and dependable
• Presentable appearance – business casual, clean clothing, clean shoes, and a smile
• Ability to provide exceptional client experience and work within a client’s defined budget.
• Learn to be an expert in product knowledge
• Excellent communication, with easy access to email
• Must possess basic computing skills
• Leaves positive and last impressions with follow up, as needed
• Possesses strong organizational skills to contact leads, update schedule availability, quote, and complete the client orders
• Interest in interior design and home improvement is a plus.
• Prior outside sales experience of minimum 2 years.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation
