Our client, a leading investment firm in NYC, is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate. This person will work with senior salespeople and relationship managers to support fundraising and client retention initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Work across all client types (both institutional and private wealth)
• Conduct research on prospects, utilize CRM and other databases to create prospect lists for sales team
• Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, organize calls and meetings for sales team
• Prepare responses to RFPs and DDQs, liaising with investment, accounting, and legal teams as necessary
• Customize and tailor marketing materials to specific clients and their needs
• Participate in client calls and meetings, follow up on action items
• Answer ad hoc client requests, pull and analyze data to satisfy client inquiries
• Ensure information is updated and maintained in CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4 years of relatable experience
• Experience using a CRM system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to work in office (Midtown NYC) on a full-time basis
