Growing Hedge fund seeks a strong middle office candidate with Bank Debt experience. Responsibilities include:

· Preparing and reviewing LSTA/LMA loan documents

· Engaging closely with outside counsel to negotiate and draft documentation and track upstreams.

· Managing trade lifecycle in ClearPar and prioritize settlements where needed.

· Monitoring and processing all bank debt lifecycle events including but not limited to interest, fees, principal and restructures.

· Calculating lender of record interest, delayed compensation, and cost of carry.

· Actively reconciling cash and position balances and resolve breaks promptly.

· Proactively engaging with internal groups such as trading desk, cash management, KYC, tax and others to facilitate trade booking and settlement.

· Working closely with external provider to ensure timely processing of all bank debt transactions and escalate issues where necessary.

· Coordinating amendment votes on pending trades and assist traders for submission on lender positions if needed.

· Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with counterparties, agents, and external service providers.

· Reviewing credit agreements, amendments and agent notices.

Candidates must have strong experience in bank debt LSTA/LMA par and distressed trade settlement; Familiarity with loan based software, ClearPar, WSOWeb, data sites; Strong understanding of LSTA/LMA terms and conditions and Experience in delivering meaningful solutions to process design to create efficiencies and enhance controls.
