Rockfon, a division of ROCKWOOL, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist/ SAP, to focus on continuous improvement projects that are designed to increase efficiency. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office (zip code 60638) 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday, while working from home on Fridays. Your Future Team You’ll be joining a tenured team of 5 dynamic Customer Service Representatives that are passionate about the products and services we provide. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. What You Will Be Doing Work closely with the Supply Chain team to understand how to improve Order Management. Serve as the lead for the SAP SD module (Sales & Distribution) implementing continuous improvement projects. Implement new processes to aid customer success and formalize documentation of processes Address complaints and/or requests regarding quality claims, logistical and pricing discrepancies in the SAP QM (Quality Management) module Manage Customer Master for new account setup process – implement workflow with Finance & Customer Service for new customer account creation Collaborate with other Rockfon, N.A. SAP Super Users (PP, MD, LES, FI, CO ) for projects, testing and execution of new process and system updates Perform UAT Testing and provide feedback – provide training material and guidance for new implementations Provide back up to Customer Service Representatives with order entry and phone coverage Work cross functionally with internal teams on the procurement and shipping of product to meet customer’s expectations by providing accurate output on all customer documentation Visit customers, on occasion, to better understand their process as it relates to Rockfon’s business. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field Strong SAP experience, preferably with experience in the SD (Sales & Distribution) and QM (Quality Management) modules 3-5 years customer service/supply chain experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products What We Offer Competitive Salary Generous Benefits - Effective your first day! Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
