Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exceptional organizational skills, and extensive experience with Notion . As a Product/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our product development and project management efforts, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

Day to Day:

Product Management:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements in alignment with the company’s vision and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize Notion to manage project documentation, track progress, and communicate with team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates, fostering clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Implement and optimize project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or project management roles, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Notion for project management and documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
