ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS

29.5 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma.
• Advanced post-secondary school desirable.
• Previous secretarial experience necessary.
• Proficient in all secretarial skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to oversee the smooth operation of the office.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:

Director of Athletics

JOB GOAL:

To complete the detail and written work and to coordinate other matters essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Director of Athletics Office.

EVALUATION:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with non-certified evaluation procedures on an annual basis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.67 per hour

Expected hours: 29.5 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
