Role Description

This is a Full Time Gardening Associate-Seasonal role at Rocky's Ace Hardware located in Rockport, MA. As a Gardening Associate, you will be responsible for upkeep and merchandising of the Rockport Garden center.

• Stocking, arranging, and rotating plants in the garden center
• Greeting customers, providing product information, and answering customer inquiries
• Assisting customers in selecting plants, flowers, and other garden supplies
• Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and trees
• Performing daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, weeding, and cleaning

This is an on-site role.

• Knowledge of Landscape Maintenance, Gardening
• Garden Design skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina for outdoor work
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
