The company’s team of 100 award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services Rodeo locations throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Develop models that help with decision-making
- Analyzes billing and accounts receivable reports. Identifies trends, categories of aged receivables and provides feedback to leadership to improve results
- Prepares and distributes monthly reimbursement/revenue cycle reports for departments
- Downloads appropriate data from system and compiles information in a user-friendly understandable manner
- Meets regularly with leadership to address reimbursement and data needs and recommends target areas for reimbursement improvement.
Qualifications:
- 4 years working in financial analytics – required
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and practices, the ability to systematically interpret functional requirements into applications design preferred
- MySQL knowledge -optional
