Rodgers Insurance Group is growing, and we have an opening for a Commercial Lines Insurance Producer. This role focuses on leadership, sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Rodgers Insurance Group was established in 1957 and is one of the region's largest independent and locally owned insurance agencies in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Our office is located in Foster Plaza Greentree with free parking, within minutes of Parkways West and North and I79.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with an existing book of clients
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow your book of clients
• Applying your insurance knowledge and experience to professionally advise new and existing customers
• Working with the Rodgers Team to best serve our customers while always prioritizing integrity
• Working with Account Managers to manage, service, and renew client coverages

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 4 Years Insurance Sales Experience.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software.
