Bechtel Zambrano Baluyot Family Law Group LLP (BZB) is one of Silicon Valley’s premier family law firms. BZB has an immediate opening in our Campbell office for a full-time family law attorney.

The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney in good standing and has primarily family law litigation experience, preferably in high-end and fast-paced environments. Must have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Deep knowledge of family law and civil rules and procedure is essential. Courtroom experience preferred. Must have a strong work ethic, and be professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team member or independently with little to no supervision. Strong case and client management skills are required.

Requirements

· Must be active and in good standing with the California State Bar

· 4-6 years of solid family law litigation experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital and traditional research tools, DissoMaster, and other family law-specific applications

· Strong research and writing skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Deep knowledge of family law and civil rules and procedures

Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time, hybrid position. At a minimum, associates are expected to work during the firm’s business hours, 5 days per week, and must be available for additional work when required by caseload.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
