Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Support office management tasks including filing documents, maintaining office equipment, and assisting colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
